1. Returns for Orders Placed on Our Website
We offer a 14-day returns policy for orders placed directly on littlenooks.co.uk.
For UK website orders, a return charge of £3.99 applies unless the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect. This charge may be deducted from your refund or store credit where applicable.
How to Return Your Parcel with Evri
You can return your Little Nooks parcel using one of the Evri options below.
Evri ParcelShop — No Printer, No Problem
- Visit evri.com/return-a-parcel.
- Select Little Nooks from the list of retailers.
- Choose the ParcelShop return option and complete the online form.
- You will receive a QR code or return code by email.
- Take your parcel to your local Evri ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device.
- Scan the QR code or enter the return code on the in-store device and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Attach the printed returns label to your parcel and hand it to the store operative.
Evri Home Collection — Printer Required
- Visit evri.com/return-a-parcel.
- Select Little Nooks from the list of retailers.
- Choose the courier collection option and complete the online form.
- Your returns label will be emailed to you.
- Print your label and attach it securely to your Little Nooks parcel.
- Keep the parcel ready for your Evri courier to collect at the arranged time.
Condition of Returned Items
Due to the health and hygiene implications of lingerie and swimwear, the following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted, unless the item is confirmed as faulty:
- The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Any hygiene seals, hygiene stickers, tags or protective coverings must remain intact.
- Items supplied in sealed or hygiene-protective packaging cannot be returned if the seal or packaging has been opened, removed or tampered with.
- Lingerie, swimwear and clothing must not show any signs of wear, washing, marks, odours, damage or use.
- All returned items must be clean and suitable for inspection. For hygiene reasons, any item returned in an unsuitable condition will be refused.
- Your return must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether it has been approved or refused.
Where a refund is approved, refunds will usually be issued back to the original payment method used to place the order. Where a return is accepted outside of our standard returns policy, or as a discretionary return, we may issue store credit instead.
Store credit can be used towards future purchases at Little Nooks.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Any discrepancies, damaged or faulty items must be reported within 36 hours of delivery by emailing info@littlenooks.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Details of the fault, damage or incorrect item
- Clear photos of the issue and the packaging, where possible
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before creating an Evri return so we can review the issue and advise on the correct next steps.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect upon inspection, we will waive the £3.99 return charge and offer a replacement, refund or store credit where appropriate.
If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open, wear, use or tamper with the packaging. Contact us as soon as possible and we will advise you on how to return the item and arrange a replacement or resolution.
4. Orders Placed via Online Marketplaces
If you purchased your item through an online marketplace or third-party retailer, your return and refund will be governed by that retailer’s own returns policy, process and timeframes.
Orders placed via online marketplaces will follow the same How to Return Your Parcel with Evri process outlined above.
All refunds for marketplace orders are issued back to the original payment method by default and this cannot be changed by Little Nooks. The retailer or marketplace is responsible for handling the payment and refund processing, as the customer payment is made through their platform.
Little Nooks does not hold or process customer payments for marketplace orders. This means we are unable to refund to a different card, bank account, PayPal account or alternative payment method.
Where needed, you can contact us at info@littlenooks.co.uk with your name, marketplace order number and return reason, and we will advise you in line with the retailer’s return process.
5. International Returns Outside the UK
For customers outside the UK, we do not cover return postage charges unless the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping where applicable.
Any customs charges, import duties, taxes or handling fees incurred when returning items are also your responsibility.
6. Returns Address
For UK website returns and marketplace returns, please follow the Evri returns process above. Your returns label will include the correct return address.
For international returns, please contact us at info@littlenooks.co.uk before sending your parcel so we can provide the correct returns address.
If items are returned to us and do not meet the above conditions, or are found not to be faulty where a fault was claimed, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In such cases, you may be responsible for any additional postage costs to have the item sent back to you.
