1. Returns for Orders Placed on Our Website
We offer a 14-day returns policy for orders placed directly on littlenooks.co.uk. You must contact us before sending anything back.
To request a return, please email info@littlenooks.co.uk with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief reason for the return
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with a returns label and full instructions. For UK website orders, a return charge of £3.99 applies and will usually be deducted from your store credit refund.
Condition of Returned Items
Due to the health and hygiene implications of lingerie and swimwear, the following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted (unless the item is confirmed as faulty):
- The goods must be unused and in their original condition.
- The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items supplied in sealed or heat-sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Lingerie and clothing must be unworn and still in its original packaging.
- All items returned must be thoroughly cleaned before sending back. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be accepted and will be refused.
- We must receive your return within 14 days from the day your order was delivered.
2. Refunds
Approved returns for orders placed on our website will be refunded as back to the original payment method within 7 days of ordering, after that refunds are given as store credit only. Store credit can be used towards future purchases at Little Nooks.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Any discrepancies, damaged or faulty items must be reported within 36 hours of delivery by emailing info@littlenooks.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Details of the fault or damage
- Clear photos of the issue and the packaging (where possible)
After contacting us, we will provide you with a returns label and instructions, where applicable. If the item is confirmed to be faulty upon inspection, we will waive the £3.99 return charge and offer a replacement or store credit.
If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open or tamper with the packaging. Contact us as soon as possible and we will advise you on how to return the item and arrange a replacement.
4. Orders Placed via Online Marketplaces
If you purchased your item through an online marketplace (for example, Amazon, eBay or Etsy), your return is governed by that marketplace’s own returns policy and timeframes.
Please still contact us at info@littlenooks.co.uk with your name, marketplace order number and return reason. After contacting us, we will advise you on how to proceed in line with the marketplace’s returns process and, where applicable, provide a returns label or guide you to request one through the marketplace platform.
5. International Returns (Outside the UK)
For customers outside the UK, we do not cover any postage charges to return items under any circumstances. After you contact us, we will provide return instructions and the returns address, but you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Any customs charges or import duties incurred when returning items are also your responsibility.
6. Returns Address
Please do not send any items back until we have confirmed your return request by email.
The address will be provided on the approved returns label or via email for international returns.If items are returned to us and do not meet the above conditions, or are found not to be faulty where a fault was claimed, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In such cases, you may be responsible for any additional postage costs to have the item sent back to you.
